Traditionally, the purpose of learning to read in a foreign language has been to have access to the literature written in that language. In language instruction, reading materials have traditionally been chosen from literary texts that represent “higher” forms of culture. However, everyday materials such as train schedules, newspaper articles, and common web sites are appropriateĀ  materials too, as they will help develop your communicative competence.

You need to register and choose the dictionary you would like to have available to help with your reading to access a series of texts with exercises. Happy reading!
